The flags returned by map_kernel_to_user_create_file_flags.

These flags are the same as those accepted by CreateFile.

desired_access: ACCESS_MASK

The requested access to the file.

flags_and_attributes: u32

The file attributes and flags.

creation_disposition: u32

The action to take on the file that exists or does not exist.
